Summary: Plaintiff was a backseat passenger in a car that was driven by an intoxicated driver and which struck a light pole, parked cars, and a tree. Plaintiff contended that one of the Defendants operated the liquor store where the driver purchased the liquor, drank the liquor and became intoxicated. Plaintiff and her cousin were on a date with the driver and his friend. Defense contended that Plaintiff was complicit in the drinking activities, drove around with him for several hours, and went to the liquor store with the driver to purchase the alcohol. Plaintiff had a blood alcohol content of .159.
